Rude, Unhelpful Customer Service

I've used this service for years and have always enjoyed it, that is until today. Today was the first time I ever had to deal with Typeform's customer service, and let me tell you, it's about as bad as it gets. Typeform is a great too

Typeform is a great tool and has made a lot of progress. It still doesn't allow to customize some aspects like fonts type and font size, but the tool really works.If you want to create fluid and visually appealing forms, surveys, etc, Typeform is definitely your best option.

Best UX for a survey -- both for the person creating the survey as well as the person taking the survey. While the design and functionality is intentionally minimal, I find that it's actually more robust than I need, without getting in the way. I'm able to get surveys created and published in minutes. I get the data I need and users have a frictionless experience. I love TypeForm.
