"Tymeshift FTW"
What do you like best about tymeshift? Not having to deal with spreadsheets all day has made my life incredibly easier. So that's one thing. I am also a huge fan of its ability to make accurate forecasts with all the information that Zendesk already has stored: that means once you set up, you don't have to start from scratch collecting data and feeding it. It's quicker, it's easier, and it's simpler.
