bad experience from the beginning
i saw there ads on sendgrid and i create an account and verify my phone and my email after that they said account suspended.i should scan or do something for them... i did regret the time that spend with them

BAD COMPANY!
These are one the worst free mobile number companies just because you need you insert your number, thus you can't even make numbers UNTIL you verify your number, thus bad service.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over charge you for no reason. i put $100 and they charged me for $84 and i have no idea why they would do that. i DIDNT BUY ANYTHING, I DIDNT EVEN SEND OUT A MESSAGE. I WAS STILL JUST WOKRING ON MY CAMPGIN. i HAVE HAD THEM TRY TO CHARGE ME $13 OR $15 OUT OF NOWHERE WHEN MY BALANCE IS FULL. I DONT UNDERSTAMD BUT THEY CHARGE YOU INCORRECTLY. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Twilio service is 0/5!
If only I can give 0/5!We are happy that we figured out Twilio is not a good business partner to collaborate with!These guys are unprofessional! Worse support team! Nobody is there to help you! Their service is a catastrophe! Please, never use Twilio or you will end up wasting your time with these clowns! I strongly recommend you to do some research and find another competitor or build your own solution if it is possible of course! Now, we requested a refund and we are waiting for it!

SendGrid/Twilio gone BAD!+
SendGrid used to be good at delivering emails. Now their IPs are ridiculed. You tell them about the bounces, and they got the cheek to respond and tell you how you can improve. When you persist that it is nothing wrong with your emails but their bad IPs. They give you the tone that this is what you can expect unless you pay near to $100 a month for their dedicated clean IPs. Just awful customer service
Just awful customer service. I had a simple request to be able to send a custom code via SMS as per their documentation. I email their customer services. A few days later I get a response saying they will need to enable that service. Then over a week later (after many more from me chasing them up) and I receive a response stating that the service is now activated..... It wasn't. I honestly think at this point I will be left with no choice to use a different service as the company I work for ...

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer ServiceCompletely mislead by our account executive who had no idea about Twilio's requirements who wasted 4 weeks of me and my client's time.Their requirements are not clear most of it is buried on their website.Don't pay any attention to what account executive says as they don't have any knowledge about Twilio.Make sure you talk with support to get accurate information.

They suspended my account just because I asked a few questions about their business policies and questions.Clearly shows how this company will treat you once you deposit your amount. I am glad that I did not deposit my money. This will also be reported to cyber crime this week with documentation.

This is officially the worst company…
This is officially the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Not a single good word about customer support. I send 3 text messages through highlevel for a client, all the leads agree with privacy policy AND disclaimer and still they closed my account. Unbelievable! I don't even feel like they've read my ticket. They made me look an absolute goofbag in front of my clients.
