No need to publish on the regular Twitter platform, go to tweetdeck where you can actually "listen" to what people are saying about your brand. I love how tweetdeck is seamless across platforms- I can manage social media accounts from my mobile or desktop. the UI looks amazing and sleek and its easy to use.
