What do you like best about TweetDeck? Ability to view and track multiple account streams and #s. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? When scheduling tweets I dislike the lag between scheduling and the screen refresh time. What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of multiple accounts at a glance. Convenient to review content and messaging.

"Tweetdeck is Great for Mulitple Accounts or Feeds"

What do you like best about TweetDeck? I like the ability to customize multiple feeds from different groups. I also like the ability to schedule tweets in advance. You can make the layout your own as well by changing the platforms background. Watch for keywords or specific tweets by making a group that focuses on specific users or key words. What do you like best about TweetDeck? TweetDeck allows you to expand your Twitter view so you can see all the necessary and relevant searches to your business, saving you time and allowing you to easier spot social listening opportunities. What do you like best about TweetDeck? Gives me all my feeds in the same place, and is easily customizable. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? Requires so much of the screen to be effective - it's hard to view it and another window without two screens. What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to follow news in multiple areas at the same time.

"Great for Twitter"

What do you like best about TweetDeck? Much easier to use than Twitter itself...easier to answer DMs and retweet back to people. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? There's a lot going on visually, but if you know how to work things its fine. What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you? It's much easier to use Twitter as a customer service channel now.

What do you like best about TweetDeck? Great for toggling between and managing multiple Twitter accounts. You can also see all your lists, and create them very easily. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? Wish the interface was less clunky when you need to delete searches, lists, etc. What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?
