"A great tool for keeping track of your social channels"
What do you like best about TweetDeck? As social media manager, I used Tweetdeck on a daily basis. I use it most during big conferences where the company attends, making sure not to miss a thing. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? It often feels over crowded and the likes/retweets/replies aren't as quick as using Twitter directly. It seems there's sometimes a little lag, so what I usually do is see the mention on Tweetdeck, then go to Twitter to respond directly there. There's also no ...

TweetDeck is free app and easy to use
PROS: I use TweetDeck from the very begining and it is my every-day tool. The search engine is wonderful, each search term (name or terms) are easily found. This tool helps me to keep track of everything from one place. I like the sound-option notification because I get immediate notification when my employer’s name is mentioned. CONS: Gifs and Videos don’t play in-stream also some quited tweets are shown as “not-available” and it doesn’t explain why.
