"Dashboard style tweet monitoring, limited functionality"
What do you like best about TweetDeck? Easy to use dashboard view that's easy to manage and review What do you dislike about TweetDeck? I loved TweetDeck in its heyday before the Twitter acquisition -- it was robust, powerful, and extremely agile. Now, it's a shell of its former self, serving as a dashboard of Twitter.com without tools like link shortening, customizable service integration and more. Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck: It is a solid free solution if Twitter ...

No hashtag following function, and the interface can be a little better, as well as integrating into web browsers What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you? This is definitely the godsend of social media management. I can do so many things at once and it takes a lot of legwork out of managing multiple accounts

"When it works, it's great, but updates don't seem forthcoming"
What do you like best about TweetDeck? I love that I can see all my Twitter activity on one screen--from mentions to my direct message inbox to hashtags I'm tracking. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? There don't seem to be many updates for TweetDeck, and it has a few bugs, here and there, that pop up. They're not game-stopping bugs, but they can get annoying. For someone with a large Twitter account, I find myself constantly just going back to Twitter itself because it works smoother ...
