Great resource for landlords
What a great resource for landlords! So user friendly, and all that I need is kept organized in one place. Took the headache out of the screening process. I would highly recommend!

Great Listing Agent!
I have listed two properties with Turbotenant and they have surpassed my expectations both times. Both properties were rented within two weeks of listing. I have been impressed with the people inquiring and the amount of interest that was generated. I will use Turbotenant anytime I have a long term rental that needs to be listed. Thanks Turbotenant!

Stick with TurboTenant.
Everything works great, the application process is smooth, even the nice touch of prospect's ID picture. I really appreciate the background check, and the credit score. Two things I'd LOVE to see added, would be references verification with previous landlord, or two; and job/income verification. Small landlords, that are not "LLC", have problems doing that in person. Because we're private entities, and employers and previous landlords do NOT want to talk to us about that. Turbo Tenant has effectively shared with me information how to process rent lease and to collect rent online. Also sent me applicants list and assisted in screening out applicants. Even though I received many listings so far I have not found a qualified tenant.
