This is hands down the absolute best landlord rental app I have come across so far.

I love the credit and background check…

I love the credit and background check results. They’re very comprehensive compared to other sites. I will use another service for rent payment due to the higher percentage fee for debit cards. Most use ACH but my tenants who struggle financially are more likely to pay with card and it makes a tough situation tougher and then they start trying to use money orders to avoid fees instead of paying online. It makes my life harder when the fees are higher. I wish the prescreen had them put a ...

This site is awesome. Makes screening leads super easy. If you are a landlord that self manages, Turbo Tenant is for you. It will make your life a lot easier and all in a centralized location.

It's a scam! BEWARETurboTenant does not have the tenants best interest!Look at their Better Business Bureau reviews! They have not settled an disputes, and all the complaints are similar. The Tenant pays for everything that landlords are not obligated to respond, you'll be lucky if the property your interested in is available! Turbotenant works well!

Turbotenant works well as a part of my marketing plan. The services that I use are free and they work quite well. I like the fact that I can copy the layout and paste it into CL, too.
