What do you like best about Turbo Tenant? Free to Landlords. They do the marketing. They send follow-up to leads. What do you dislike about Turbo Tenant? I am not sure the leads get the follow-up email if they come in from another source, like apartment finders. It seems leads fall flat when it is not direct from Turbo Tenant. They could be ending up in spam. What problems is Turbo Tenant solving and how is that benefiting you? Marketing, Marketing, Marketing! I do use the collection ...

What do you like best about Turbo Tenant? Turbo Tenant is straightforward to use for leasing and finding good tenants. Very user friendly when it comes to posting photos, describing the property, adding details about the property and much more. The bulk messaging option is excellent, especially because I tend to list more than 10 properties at once and don't want to individually list properties one by one. Very easy to use and most helpful

Very easy to use and most helpful! I would highly recommend if have rental property to list. Excellent customer support too.

I absolutely love TurboTenant

I absolutely love TurboTenant! A fantastic one-stop shop that guides a new landlord like me and provides a comprehensive outline and steps from marketing, screening and electronically signing a lease with a great tenant.

Minimized vacancy of properties

PROS: Easily integrates with Google applications, especially Google Calendar. Easy to use. Gets the job done. CONS: Add a schedule for open houses and create appointments and showings easier.

Rent Collection

Rent collection not good so far. I have to tried to contact Turbo Tenant. All online no response. My tenant paid over a week ago..No conformation of receipt of payment. don't think rent collection is a good optionWith them.

FRAUD!!

FRAUD!!! We recently started getting strange people driving up to our house and couldn't figure out why until someone rung our doorbell and we found out our house was listed on this website fraudulently for rent!!!! There's no way to contact them to get the listing removed immediately. Clearly no one is verifying the listings on their website and having random people come up to my house is incredibly dangerous to me and my family. I'll be reporting them to the local news next!!!
