Great Service for property rental owner
Being a realtor, I have alot of resources to use in marketing and handling lease transactions. Turbo Tenant is great that it is takes care of marketing my property and out to all many of their partner real estate rental sites. So I dont have to. Turbo Tenant further steams line the vetting with online applications for prospective tenants. Turbo Tenant allows me to focus on the other more productive parts of my business.

Easy to use
I have used TurboTenant twice and it was great. It is easy to use. I love all that it does for the landlord. It was surprising how much interest the property had with the advertising TurboTenant does for you. I would definitely continue using it! Thanks!!

Great App For Lessors & Lessees
Great application. Great customer service & support-A VERY important & essential thing in Real Estate. Some upgrade development should include adding "Users". Search on the main pages i.e. Dashboard, Properties, Leases, etc. Also, the ability to choose filters and have those filters remain until manually changed or cleared.

Turbo Tenant was an incredible tool
Turbo Tenant was an incredible, easy tool in renting out my property. The communication was fast, easy & competent. I rented out a house within a day to a wonderful family that found me through this website. I had over 40 people interested and 5 applications in the first day the listing went live. I couldn’t have imagined it was going to be that easy! Turbo Tenant is a tool I’d HIGHLY recommended to anyone!

Turbotenant is a great site for property services, much more than just leasing support services
Turbotenant is a great site for listing, verifying, follow up, documented procedures, and maintaining relationships with good tenants, and all in data secured system. Thank you support team, you folks are awesome. I'd highly recommend this site, company and services they provide.
