Very useful management tool
I used Turbotenant on one of my properties for a year. It really worked great. Especially like the ability to screen potential tenants and have them pay for it. It's nice to manage all the related lease documents in a single place. I am in the process of moving my other rentals to Turbotenant.

I would definitely recommend this…
I would definitely recommend this friendly tool even for novice landlords to become self sufficient without having to depend on real estate agents to do the job at a price. It auto-publishes to varied rental sites and also allows for secured tenant screening to make a evaluated decision before renting.

The Best !
Great service that reach out to multiple net work, I still has about 50% that sent MS said want to see my home but never contact us back after we reach out to them, It is NOT Turbotenant false, not any ad. can screen the serious tenants. So far Turbotenant is the BEST!
