easy, efficient , fast, accurate ..
I have used them for the credit and criminal reports They are fast and accurate and customers have not complained about them . I have used Smart Move and Experian 30% of tenants complained .. I do not need that headache.

Fantastic Management Tool
A great place to communicate with your tenants and store your lease information. The chat feature is by far the best part (to me) and I cannot wait for a real time chat. My tenants find it easy to use and readily fill out my applications now.
