Don't get due to horrible Customer service

Product is cool, however, purchased bundle for a new Chromebook off of Amazon. Was a major hassle to get that to work and the customer support at tunnel bear is miserable. Agents directed me to go to pages on Amazon that literally don't exist anymore. They need to update their macros and knowledge base. Product okay, I won't be buying it again though after my year runs out due to the support concern. Get something else guys.
