Doesn't support iplayer, no renewal notification

Doesn't support iplayer. Used to and was the reason I bought it. And OK I signed up for subscription and forgot to cancel but any reputable company would send you a renewal notice after 12 months and tell you your subscription was about to renew. I understand clearly why they don't do this - they hope you'll forget and then auto renew. My fault, but this kind of - to my mind - sharp practice means I'll exercise my choice never to renew my subscription with them again.
