I couldn't do something as small as…

I couldn't do something as small as bookmark a page, and we went back and forth probably 5 or 6 emails, and the Shift team was always very prompt and clear on what they needed from me. Honestly, I held off on contacting because I felt it wasn't worth the hassle, and I wish I'd reached out sooner. Very impressed.

Truly Understanding a Customer's Issue

The representative understood my financial situation and was able to get me a full refund at a time where every penny counts. They put the customer and consumer first and they came through! i am so grateful. Very friendly and helpful since the first communication with them.

Do Away with Multiple Browsers and Tabs

Before shift I had three monitors with three different browsers- Chrome, Edge, and Firefox- open with 20+ tabs each. Finding things was next to impossible and the amount of memory that was taken up by all these open tabs was just insane. Shift and workspaces makes all of that unnecessary.

Customer service completely addressed problem

Customer service immediately corrected a billing issue and refunded my money, without questioning my situation or motives. Adjusted my account as necessary and informed me of the final status.
