Shift Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Useless software!

I had this running on my mac (Paid advanced version) since I have a lot of apps and programs with different account logins and Google Mails. It seems like I had more problems with the login and handling of the app than I had before Shift. You still have to log in every couple of days, sometimes even once or twice per day, which totally negates the reason for buying the advanced version. "The easiest and best work experience"

What do you like best about Shift? The best part of Shift is that everything is in one place. I no longer have to shift through tabs or desktops to communicate with my team. It makes work so much easier. Everything I use on a daily basis - Facebook, Slack, Google Hangouts, all my email services, WhatsApp, are all in one place! I never have to fear I am missing some lingering message on some server.

So far I'm liking it

So far I'm liking it. One place of all my project work, internal comms, loads more. I don't have to juggle a dozen apps. And looks like they're just getting started with new feature in the pipeline I really like the sound of (tabs). Customer service is a little slower than the best companies but I've had much worse from big names. So far they've been helpful and offered discounts.

What do you like best about Shift? I really appreciate how easy it is for me to switch between key apps such as Gmail, Slack, Trello, etc. It's a small thing you don't think about, but it really does create efficiencies during my day. It's fast, easy to use and an all-around useful product.
