Good app with good customer support

When I upgraded from the free version to paid, I was having some issues that occurred. Contacted support, and thankfully they got back to me within a couple hours to fix my problem. One of the fastest reply time I experienced. The desktop app seems to be what I expected, and runs quite smoothly. It would be nice to have a way to request for a new app integration right within the desktop app.

The new update is awesome.

The new update is awesome! The new I use Shift on my Mac as the interface is much more organized and efficient than having a bunch of incognito chrome tabs. Shift saves me so much time by not having to log in every app every time. I love that you can use all the apps that I use without opening multiple windows too. I'd hate to go back to chrome tabs.

What do you like best about Shift? I love that everything is in one spot and easy to use. No multiple windows, no continuing to log in and out and saves on a lot of time and stress.

Shift is a great time saver

Shift is a great product. I discovered it when trying to find better ways to organize my school, work, and personal emails. Always flipping through different mailing addresses I found my time wasted. The Pro was just perfect for me. But if you want other apps, you will have to upgrade further. I found Pro(unlimited email) + 1 free app they give you just perfect as I only use Facebook messenger. 1 con: price is in USD, so keep in mind my fellow Canadians

Good idea + nice UI

Used Shift just as a email tool for a while, decided to upgrade to paid when I caught it on a sale. 2 weeks in, so far I like it. Minimal bugs here and there when they release new versions once in a while. Nothing big enough to stop using it. If you use GSuite, definitely worth a try.
