I didn't expect an answer at all tbh, and was really pleased to get TWO real, timely updates, from a real person!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I used the product a while back and didn't realize I still had an account. Despite me forgetting my email on file and having nothing more than a transaction number, the Shift support triaged my issue and solved it SO quickly. I was passed between 2 different reps. via email and they didn't miss a single beat, really really awesome and would recommend. I have no use for the product right now else this alone may convince me to come back.

Shift makes it easy for me to manage all of my communication pathways for work and life. That includes multiple Microsoft Teams accounts, Outlook, Facebook Messenger, Gmail, Twitter messenger, LinkedIn messenger, and even WhatsApp. I finally have a single place to manage all my communications without fumbling between apps or browser tabs.
