Love this app!

I feel like Shift was designed especially for me and my work habits. I love the app! The couple times I've needed to contact the support team, I received timely and helpful responses.

So many bugs

So many bugs! It crashes fairly frequently, and then you cannot get the support you need - you can only get an open-ended ticket.

Had a little problem with my advanced account recently, which was caused by an accident (by me 😂😂😂) I have received VERY fast, polite and effective help, so problem solved, thank you Shift support :)

Very quick response

Very quick response, helpful and informative! I typically don't deal with online based customer service anything because most are just automated (Please refer to our frequently ask questions section) types of service. I felt there was a genuine concern for the issue I was having and was resolved with a simple click of a button. Glad I got in contact and will not hesitate to reach out with any future concerns. Thank you so much!! NumZero lives again!!!

Great app

Great app, however work and school policies prevent me from working with it for now. Hope to come back in the future.

What do you like best about Shift? I love that you can have several G Suite or Outlook inboxes open at once, or a combinaton of both. As the account admin i can easily add team members to this application. When my company made the switch from G Suite to O365 this past year, the Shift team worked with me directly as they launched their O365 integration and helped to make sure my team was setup correctly.

Any of the issues I have experienced have been resolved quickly. I appreciate the quick resolution time as well as the correspondence if I needed any other further assistance.

What do you like best about Shift? The premise of consolidating accounts seems great. I use multiple Gmail accounts, and other tools - so the idea of having that all under one roof is great

Great product with growing pains

Shift is a really good program but going through a lot of growth and learning with the platform can cause some issues. I ran into a login issue and received extremely prompt and easily followable directions to resolve the problem which immediately helped. I'm a huge fan of the product and the people so far. Looking forward to see them improve the application integrations
