The Shift CS team not only responded to a request quickly (like wild quick), but also offered a workaround to a potential blocker. Whereas other teams may have simply said no or responded in short, the Shift CS team provided an easy loophole (that worked wonderfully) and in doing so, kept a happy user happy. I've loved the product since day one, and applaud their continuous improvements and commitment to their customers!

The Shift customer support team is amazing

The Shift customer support team has always been fast to respond, explain why the issue is happening, give a workaround for an immediate fix and share a timeline for a permanent fix. Coming from a customer support platform myself, I understand how difficult that can be. Appreciate it!

What do you like best about Shift? The possibility to switch between many gmail account in a fast way. I have more than 20 gmail accounts and switching between them was taking a lot of time. So shift speed up this process significantly.

The Only Work "Hack" I Need

I hated having to keep open 20+ chrome tabs, Excel sheets, word documents. I mainly work from a desktop - that means if I ever travelled I pretty much had to completely reset my work situation whenever I travelled. Now Shift has become my perfect solution - it is an all-in-one solution that doesn't drag on my performance. It also allows me to bring up an "isolated" work environment so no distractions. When I travel I simply install shift, login and I have everything exactly how I need it. ...
