"good multiuse tool for keeping things in one place"

What do you like best about Shift? I like that all my notifications come from one app. So if I have 3 skype messages and 3 emails, it will say I have 6 notifications and I can just check them all in one place.

SLOW

Shift is ok if you have less than 10 accounts, but anything more and the app crashes and is super slow. I use it for work, and have about 30 accounts with 2 tabs open in each, and my brand new ASUS laptop can't handle it. Shift uses so much CPU, and their customer support is a joke. Also, it will randomly log you out of your accounts, and even delete the bubbles on the left hand side. I end up using Google chrome browser for everything else, and avoid opening tabs in shift. "Helpful, but doesn't replace other apps"

What do you like best about Shift? Shift is wonderful in that you can connect everything to its place! It's been super helpful for my side gig, which involves navigating back and forth between two different Google accounts, and it's been helpful to separate it for that. Also, the add on for different apps is super helpful as a workstation! I like the add-ons for all of the features. I use fresh works to work and it doesn't function properly with Shift, when I reached out to the customer service team about it they just told me they were aware of it, without offering any type of solution or setting an expectation for when it would be solved. Overpriced wrapper for web pages

It is just a wrapper for web pages. There is a good thing: You can have multiple accounts of any app, which is neat. But that is the only thing that sets it apart from a tabbed browser. I would like it if it was a quid a month. But 99 Dollar a year? For a web wrapper? It really is outrageous.

Was in search of a platform to organize…

Was in search of a platform to organize all my email accounts and primary applications used rather than having numerous browser tabs opened...I found it in Shift. This platform is extremely easy to set up and use and allows you to move very efficiently from email accounts to various applications. Customer support very responsive as well. Highly recommend.

Best tech support either

Best tech support either, including emails, Zoom session, etc. And when my unique problem could not be resolved, they gave me a full refund, without me even asking. Companies should learn from Shift!
