What pisses me off with your service is…

What pisses me off with your service is that I have now pressed unsubscribe several fûcking times and yet you still send me emails. STOP SENDING ME THESE BÛLLSHIT EMAILS

I have had the same problem

I have had the same problem. I am trying to cancel my membership, I go through their “customer support” get nothing. No one answers their phone and no one ever emails you! It’s a total SCAM!

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. They auto renew, they let you know it's coming up for renewal but ignore you if you try to cancel prior to renewal, still take your money & then do not respond to your emails requesting cancellation & a refund as they should never have renewed the membership. I've reached out to them on every platform possible several times & still no response. Do not give them payment details or you'll lose money.

Not too bad of an experience!

If I could rate each aspect of this program this is how I would rate it: Customer service: 5 stars! Anytime I had answers for the Shift team, they never took more than a 5 hours (unless I submitted my response after office hours) after my response to answer it! Efficiency with navigating through 4 accounts: 3 stars.
