I have had the same problem
I have had the same problem. I am trying to cancel my membership, I go through their “customer support” get nothing. No one answers their phone and no one ever emails you! It’s a total SCAM!

Not a very useful app
Not a very useful app; I deleted it after I realized I couldn't even send emails from it without being forced to include "sent with Shift" at the end. This should be a lightweight app, yet its the opposite.

this is a real shift in customer service
every customer has a challenge, technical problem or accounting. Shift is clearly focused on make the service available, as they know the power of word of mouth.

Lousy customer service and over-reach from marketing
Please stop emailing me the same email every day with my “special offer” to upgrade (as I’m “only human” and missed the original fabulous offer)! It is so counter-productive and BORING! I would be more receptive if you laid off the over-enthusiasm or perhaps at least wrote different things. See…I can’t even think about whether I like your software or not. Maybe next time. Customer service counts. You got a fail.
