Shift is a great tool for putting communications in one place, rather than lots of disjointed applications and browser based tools. The support is excellent, surprised me at how good it actually was as I've had lots of bad experiences with software companies (I run one, so know how it should be done).

"Shift Does what it promises... it saves me time."
What do you like best about Shift? Shift allows me to access all of the tools I need to run my business on one single screen interface which saves me a ton of time throughout my work day. Switching quickly between tools like Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, and Quickbooks is a game changer for my workflow.

this is a real shift in customer service
