Expensive fancy re-pack of a browser, does not work offline
Trialed the software and after 3 days I think it quite useful. I haven't had the glitches (yet) that others have had. However, there is no OFFLINE capabilities. For the cost it's unfathomable.

Have been using Shift for over a year
Have been using Shift for over a year. Just a month after signing up for a paid pro version, I found that there were too many bugs in the system and tried to cancel my subscription. Upon doing so, the shift team offered me a full year of the pro version for free. So, they refunded me and I took the offer. I must say that while the platform was useful, it comes with challenges. Time saving and great customer service
The app saves me time, I manage several email address for customer success purposes and have several project management apps + Slack + time tracking. Shift is an amazing tool that saves time makes my life easier. Furthermore, the very few times I had issues with the platform, the CS team responded quickly and effectively.

Shift is a great tool for putting communications in one place, rather than lots of disjointed applications and browser based tools. The support is excellent, surprised me at how good it actually was as I've had lots of bad experiences with software companies (I run one, so know how it should be done).
