Great customer service

If you've ever had an issue with an app that was crashing, etc. and reported it, you usually get no response. With Shift, that experience was totally different. They helped me revert back to a previous version, let me know that a beta version was ready to test (if I wanted to use that) and then let me know the program was updated and functioning properly. All of this within about a month or two. I truly appreciate the follow up and follow through on getting things working and communicating ...

Best app for organization!

Best app for organization! I absolutely love Shift and I've been using it for a few years now. While managing multiple businesses/email accounts, this is the perfect solution to not be overwhelmed and seamlessly go back and forth between accounts without having a mess of tabs open. The only thing I dislike is that they still don't have ad block capability and it is incredibly annoying having ad emails in my gmail accounts.

Don't use Shift

Hello, I'm not happy. I'm outraged that my Shift bill went from $89 to $149. This increase is outrageous. For a Web client that often crashes, I find this very expensive. I'm going to talk about it on social networks.

They waited on me when I was late

They waited on me when I was late, with such patience. The call was quick, they gave me a quick solution for the interim, and I'm just waiting for them to let me know the updates are done. It was a pain free experience

Going the Extra Mile

My review is specific to the Support Team. I recently had a challenge and submitted a ticket for help. Jessica L (Product Manager) was wonderful and helped me investigate the issue, even going as far as brainstorming with me as I didn't have all of the info they needed to rectify the situation. She could've easily brushed me off but instead went the extra mile, something very unheard of these days. Jordan (Customer Success Specialist) helped close my ticket and was just as supportive.
