Forces you to brand your emails with their name
If you’re a paying customer they, without notifying you, add their branding to your email signature as a free advertisement to anyone you email through the platform. You have to dive deep into their settings to find a way to turn it off (you can’t delete the advertisement they place in your emails). Fair warning.

Shift Support Positive Response with Issue
I had an issue where I ran into a Shift bug. The Shift Support Team was very responsive and positive to help resolve the issue. They tried to reproduce my issue and were able to quickly resolve it.

Great Time Saver
This platform has already saved me a lot of time from switching between 10 different pieces of software. I love how it saves your open windows and everything right where you left it. Highly recommend it! I just wish they had an iPad app version!
