Great for high performing multi taskers, great service
I am a business consultant and I own several businesses. Shift helps to keep focus, achieve inbox zero and to always be on top of all my tasks. Customer support is awesome and fast.

I absolutely love my Shift experience
I absolutely love my Shift experience. I manage 10 email accounts for all types of businesses and Shift makes it easy to keep all my workspaces in one place. I especially love that I never get locked out of my Google accounts due to having too many open.

I was not able to connect to HubSpot
I was not able to connect to HubSpot. Contacted support and gave me a workaround until the final fix—great Job-Fast and effective.

"Misleading ads"
What do you like best about Shift? Clean looking interface but don't know what to put here as I am not going to pay that kind of price just to use more than 1 application when the ads they are running imply it can be used with multiple apps for free. What you are getting for free is just an app-based email client.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service! Gabriella was prompt, helpful, efficient and very courteous during my email questions about my subscription and was able resolve my situation completely! I am very impressed!

Responsive support team!
I contacted them when I found a bug and they were very helpful in determining the issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Solid application and support team
Solid application and support team! Had some login issues recently and the support team stepped up for first and second level support, never making it feel too transactional. They provided a work around until the issue was fixed in their stable release. They followed up with pertinent updates to let me use the stable release again and continue enjoying Shift.
