Shift is perfect for keeping projects in one place

Shift has helped me with keeping all my projects, personal conversations, and mundane work all in one place without having to hectically re-log from account to account. Though there is definitely still space for improvement, with each update it is getting better and better.

Actually read the support ticket request and responded accordingly unlike so many other companies I have dealt with in the past. Provided accurate and relevant responses in a timely fashion. The software thus far has been incredibly helpful.

As a consultant for multiple clients

As a consultant for multiple clients, Shift has been a life-saver for keeping me organized. It's so helpful to have one window where I can toggle between my 5 Gmail accounts seamlessly. I task-switch quite frequently and it's so nice to be able to keep tabs open for all the different projects without feeling overwhelmed by it all. The only problems I've had are that you can't screen-share on Google Meet (so I need to have calls on my regular browser) and sometimes the tabs get glitchy and ...

Shift is fantastic

Shift is fantastic. I have 5 different business email addresses that I need to check regularly and doing it via normal browsers was driving me crazy. Shift allows me to keep track of all them easily without ever having to log out/log into one. Huge timesaver and one of my favourite apps.. Frankly, I can't imagine managing my email inboxes without it.

Lack of support

Was great software. Was happy to see that they support Linux, however, there is a known bug with google drive in the Linux version that has not been dealt with for some time. Shift appears to now have dropped Linux support instead of fixing it.

Right choice !

The product was the right fit for the necessities I had !
