Predatory Trial & Cancelation Policy

Scammy. They offer a free trial and then make it difficult to cancel. If you're one day outside of the 14 day trial window, they absolutely refuse to give you a refund. I used it for one day and they made me pay for the whole year. Their cancelation policies are predatory. If the Shift.com software was that good, they wouldn't have to rely on such a short trial window to profit off of people who don't need the software.

What do you like best about Shift? Everything I need to be productive and focused in my work life and my personal life is included in Shift. The ability to customize and add services makes it a very powerful tool.

I love the idea of Shift but the system is fenticky. It crashes a lot. My vault won't sync across computers even when I follow all the instructions. And it keeps logging me out of my accounts.

The best app to have many gmail accounts opened at the same time. I also open the same gmail in various tabs so i can work on various emails at the same time

Shift is a game changer when you deal…

Shift is a game changer when you deal with multiple clients or want to switch to different accounts. It has helped me immensely in my business. The only issue is sometimes when I collaborate with someone else, not all the items transfer over which causes an issue. Also, my gmail account will often need to be signed into regularly and it will freeze between workspaces. I'm giving a 4 only because there are a few glitches to work out, but this is one of the best apps I've every used for ...

My company changed my email from "com"…

My company changed my email from "com" to "io". I have a team of 15 VAs under my account so it means by changing my email will loose all the access. Emailed Support and Joren was so helpful and patient, help me out the whole process and gave me back full access to my team in less 24 hours. Imagine loosing that access would be a nightmare. Thanks Joren and to Kassy!

I can't seem to cancel this

I can't seem to cancel this. I've tried. I don't want it anymore, and it keeps getting charged. It's frustrating.
