It Has Most Definitely Saved Me a Lot of Time
Very helpful tool to keep multiple email accounts organised and easily accessible. It has most definitely saved me a lot of time by having it all in one place. Well worth the cost when looking at the time saved. I have had no issue with functionality but, it doesn't get 5 stars due to some minor aesthetic issues.

the app crashes a lot
the app crashes a lot, windows and mac both. I know you have an advantage in the market since your app idea is not widely available. But if you don't fix these bugs i might as well just build my own app in the future, or you never know someone might create a similar app with better performance. I suggest you focus your resources on making the app seamless and smooth as the highest priority because you will lose so many costumers if you don't.

"Shift saves me so much time in switching between inboxes"
What do you like best about Shift? I love that I can add all of my inboxes client inboxes that I manage to Shift, so I can easily toggle back and forth from one to the other. Also the ability to add project management apps and some social media management apps really comes in handy.

I absolutely love Shift!
I absolutely love Shift! I am a software developer and I am constantly switching between Gmail, Slack, Jira, Bitbucket, Discord, etc. as well as referencing multiple Chrome tabs and checking my calendar (plus I'm an avid Chrome Extension user) Shift lets me manage allllll of that in one app while keeping the experience lightweight and manageable. I honestly don't know how I was doing everything before Shift.

Great idea but poor execution - Bad on Macbook M1
Great idea but poor execution. Using a Macbook Pro M1 and the software is very buggy, and because of that actually cost me more time. Asked for a refund within the 14day trial (which in my opinion isn't long enough to get to know and use the tool properly to build a workflow) and the support person persuaded me to stay and use the new beta v8 version which has lots of updates for Macbook M1. This version may have been worse than the previous version. It really doesn't offer that much ...
