Trust pilot is a good way to promote businesses if they provide good service, and also to help if service is not so good. I recently got an instant refund on a product I had been waiting 12 weeks to be delivered. I had contacted the company several times with no response, but after sharing my concerns on trust pilot got a prompt reply
