TRUSTPILOT er en gave til forbrugerne. Inden jeg vælger at købe online, checker jeg nu altid på Trustpilot, om "butikken" er ok. Der har sparet mig for kopivarer og webtilbud, der ser godt ud på papiret, men hvor andre forbrugere føler sig snydt. Men også den anden vej rundt ! At man kan føle sig rolig ved at læse positive tilkendegivelser om en butik, en restaurant eller fx et udflugtsmål. Har lært andre at bruge Trustpilot, hvilket har sparet dem for dårlige køb.
