I actually took the time to read about Trustpilot, something most people aren't in the mood for when filled with raging emotions :) I like the simplicity of the layout and how easy it is to use. I love how they educate us on how the reviews are received by the companies and if they in fact interact at all. I like the graphs, and how they pull it all together. With lots of great articles and blogs, it really is a place of integrity where you can feel safe and reassurred.
