I thank Expert Squad for their prompt response and refund of the one month fee. I did find not any information on a period allowed for a refund. Perhaps this is not easy for a person who does not use Internet often. Other reviewers seem to have had the same problem. I recommend that the payment process and requirements for refunds are made much more transparent and much clearer at the time the customer requests assistance and then registers.
