Spoke to customer services today as I bought a cooker and couldn't find guarantee or warranty paper work. Had a lovely gentleman called William who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would like to say he is very much a credit to your team and I will definitely in the future purchase from you again. If only other companies had the customer service he provided to me the world at the minute would be a less grumpy world.
