Honesty
Honesty. You all are helping people express the good, bad or ugly regarding the companies. Companies should be reviewed by the general public and unsuspecting victims should be made aware of what to expect from any particular company. In that sense Trustpilot is our voice.

Trust Pilot is the first site I go to…
Trust Pilot is the first site I go to if I'm not sure of a product or a manufacturer. If I see an ad for what seems to be a bargain, I always go to Trust Pilot to check it out. That way, I've been saved from many a potential purchasing disaster. It's almost got to the point that, if it's not on Trust Pilot, I don't buy it.

Excellent site, accurate rating of sites
Excellent site. Helped me out so many times when I want to buy from smaller companies than Amazon to know if they're trustworthy or not. Trust these reviews so much more than from the site itself.
