Service is what it is all about.
This is a great way to bring accountability back for poor services. In the past I have received very quick responses from companies that I have written a negative review about, and also a thank you from the good ones.

Trustpilot: altijd goed, maar nòg beter als DHL uit zn schulp kruipt.
....d.w.z. 5 sterren als het ook positief resultaat opbrengt, maar DHL zwijgt als het graf, en daar hebben jullie eigenlijk niets aan, ondanks jullie inspanningen, waar ik van uitga.Bedankt in elk geval !Jona.
