Still not sure. But I will say ,thank you very much. It lets us explain the truth of a problem a person has with a company. But the most important thing. You must tell the truth. This matters very much. If you don't. It just complicates the issue. And when your having a problem, why make it worse than it has to be. That's important. Also let's us vent a little. But remember. Life is short enough. So don't let it ruin you. It's not the end of the world yet. Have a great day. Stay safe and healthy
