Important Consumer Website
I've been using Trustpilot for a while. Its a very important resource. The mistake I'm making is not the look up the company before I engage with it, as often Trustpilot will accurately describe what experience I'm likely to have with the company.

Before I buy online I check all reviews on the products. I go to trust pilot. The reviews are believable. Company reviews on their s in gets seem to be made up to me.
