I had believed that Trustpilot did not…
I had believed that Trustpilot did not follow up on any reviews, they have proved me wrong as I got a follow up email asking if I had received my refund, my reply was no I have not, they obviously contacted Morrisons who then got back in touch with me, I wish I could say it is all settled now but sadly it is not,Morrisons are trying to give my refund in vouchers, I have told them I paid in cash and in cash is how I want refunding. Thank you Trustpilot, I felt alone in this crusade but not ...

Trustpilot- Great tool for honest reviews
I've recently noticed more and more fake reviews showing up in many places, like Facebook, Ebay, and on Amazon. This of course make me (and every other person surfing and shopping online) more skeptical of reviews, and therefore less likely to buy a product or try a new service. At the end of the day, fake reviews hurt online businesses. I'm happy when I see a review thru the Trustpilot service... I feel like I'm getting someone's honest opinion about something, which makes me MORE LIKELY ...
