procedures handling trolls
At this moment in time, CT11 trust pilot reviews are being trolled weekly, this in effects the business and some harmful content is written. From the first time in January to now, the procedures and follow up's has been great. Honestly there is still a time frame which has to be followed. but however the final decision has been made to remove the harmful reviews and can't thank trustpilot and their team for such support from a stressful time for the company.
