Very efficient attention to a fault.
I am very pleased with the very prompt attention to my email that I sent to Think Green Partners concerning a fault that I have with my Lux A/C Inverter.The Technician arrived the next day to attend to the fault.I am very pleased with the very efficient service that I received from the company.

Great for advising consumers
Love trustpilot good information by other consumers help when deciding on a purchase My 1 critique is that you can't reply to the company when they send a reply to your review. Most companies use it to try to look better. Things like we apologise, not in our control and let us investigate. These are the comments we should be able to reply to because it is their fault they are offering a bad service and we should be able to tell them.
