I have used trust pilot a few times and…
I have used trustpilot a few times and when I have had a bad experience of a service or product. It has helped as the company gets feedback and on many occasions come back to me to sort it out. Trustpilot is used by many companies as a gauge of customer service / satisfaction and is very useful as a consumer.
