I always check up a new company or service I am about to use with Trustpilot first. I find the honest experiences of others offer a fair reflection on whether i should proceed with a company or service or not. If a company has got something wrong and you haven't been able to resolve the problem/issue via the normal channels, I think its right that you share your experience and personal opinion with others, so they can make informed choices. Reviews are personal and genuine
Trustpilot is our go-to when purchasing anything above a certain amount of money. I absolutely love knowing of what other people's experiences were in relation to a product before committing to buy. The reviews always read like a personal experience and not an AI generated one.
