A great platform for honest reviews
I love that Trustpilot gives you a platform to celebrate great service and products whilst also giving you a place to share below-par experiences that may help someone else. Also, the company I have had recent trouble with has ignored all my emails for weeks but once my 1 star review was posted, someone emailed almost instantly: another great positive of using Trustpilot
