So far trust pilot has proven to be a reliable source. I've made a complaint in the past and this entity had deep pockets. Wanted to pay TP to remove my post in which TP declined. Then that business come back with an apology.

Trustpilot Helped Me Get Through LegalShield's Red Tape
I want to thank Trustpilot for helping me navigate the issues I had with LegalShield. After two weeks of waiting, LegalShield finally responded to me quickly once I posted my review here. Thanks to Trustpilot, I was able to find a Louisiana attorney to handle my complaint. LegalShield also apologized for the delay. Without Trustpilot, I wouldn’t have reached the right source to get the help I needed. I appreciate the platform for making a real difference in resolving my issue.
