You look At the consumers Side of commerce in a reasonable about submitting legitimate complaints I have had the company that I complained about reach out to me, but they still failed to do anything even after promising they would but at least you got their attention. I had not been able to even get their attention.

It's so worthwhile to have a platform…
It's so worthwhile to have a platform like Trustpilot to bring to light bad experiences as well as good. The only problem if in deed it is a problem is how does one reply to a review posted? from a company who doesn't agree with your review about their performance or lack of it. Otherwise all good.
