I do love Trustpilot but…
I do really like Trustpilot and use it often to check services and companies before I use them. What I disagree with is I often see reviews that should not be allowed. For example, if you hated the tin of Joe Blogs baked beans you purchased from Tesco... is it fair that Tesco get a bad review? That review should be on Joe Blogs trust pilot page! How can someone give a 1 star review for a cosmetics wholesaler because the lipstick didnt stay on!!!! Other than 25% of reviews are irrelevant or ...

Trust pilot are excellent and I have just read a reply which was from SCS re a sofa I bought. I can't understand them saying I was delighted with their service as I was delivered a GRAY sofa and not a SAND it doesn't match my room and I will be taking this up with them. They sent there expert out and he said they have trouble with the lighting in the store and although what I thought was a light brown sofa according to them is sand but their sand is gray. Ryan is amazing !
Ryan - I had the honor of having the pilot named Ryan. Ryan is such a funny and happy guy. He made the whole experience a night to remember. I’m truly blessed that I had the opportunity to fly with Ryan. It’s going to be a fun memory that I’m gonna cherish forever.
